中醫教你「好瞓D」 香港人生活節奏急速,面對家庭、工作、社會或生活上的壓力,容易出現失眠。 中醫認為七情太過傷及五臟六腑,不良的情緒及壓力會干擾臟腑的生理功能,會影響夜間的睡覺。中醫透過中藥內服、針灸、拔罐、耳穴療法等療法調暢氣血,安定心神,平衡陰陽,能夠舒緩壓力,改善睡眠質素。
