計劃目標：透過運動，培養兒童運動習慣及訓練專注力 計劃理念：今季加強升級版！增加外出跑步訓練，期望透過團體運動，例如：跑步訓練及團體 遊戲等，培養兒童日常運動習慣。以及透過相關活動訓練兒童專注力和社交能力。

備註： 1. 因應天氣情況，如活動當日天氣不穩定，室外訓練將改為中心舉行或延期/取消。 2. 視乎活動檔期，活動將有機會外聘跑步教練於運動場進行指導及訓練。
