油角又稱角仔，是廣東的一種賀年食品。有傳油角是西班牙商人在大航海時代傳入廣東後經本地化發展而成的食物。因為外觀飽滿，成品金黃色，貌似金元寶，所以有「財源廣進」的寓意。 讓我們齊齊動手製作油角來歡度新春！
