- Assist with Start of Day facility preparation - Meet onsite clients as they arrive, and stay with your designated client throughout their visit - Set clear expectations with onsite clients as to their appointment duration and departure time - Assist onsite client with directions, moving furniture, and gathering requested electrical items - Ensure onsite clients do not access non-public areas outside of HKD - Ensure onsite client selections have been pre-approved by their Social Worker - Obtain sign-off for non pre-approved client selections from the HKD Administrator - Fully close an onsite order before continuing onto the next one - Tag inventory items for newly submitted GoodCity direct ship orders - Help the Furniture Warehouse manager move direct ship tagged inventory items to an order bay - Alert the HKD administrator of low stock levels or other areas in the facility needing attention - When not assisting with a client or client order, help clean and straighten the facility
