Background

The Boys’ Brigade, Hong Kong (“BBHK”) was established in 1959. As a Christian uniformed group, we strive to nurture children and teenagers aged 3 to 21. Through our Christian education and leadership training programmes, young people can build up a positive attitude and good character traits. Our whole-person training scheme can also benefit their upbringing into servant leaders - leaders who can use their talent to create an energetic and harmonious society. Apart from Uniformed Group Service, we also provide Professional Training Service, Character Nurturing Service, Social Work Service, Waste Recovery Service and Mainland Social Work Supervision Service.
Mission & Vision
Help young people develop respectable values and build a good character based on Christian education and beliefs. Explore youth leadership potential and train young people to become leaders of the church and society; train life coaches to serve young people. Promote whole person growth in youths by adopting the training approach of uniformed group. Lead young people to know and accept Jesus Christ as the master of their lives. Core Values Christ as the Head: To evangelize and equip youth followers to become Christian soldiers. Youths as the focus: To serve children and young people, as our primary targets with extensional care given to their significant systems, such as families and schools. Character-building as the goal: Based on the Christian faith and Christian teaching, create a training platform which teaches teenagers various skills and pursues character building.
