Background

Fung Ying Seen Koon Cheung Lung Wai Integrated Service Centre, a subsidiary organization of Fung Ying Seen Koon, was officially open on 11th November 2016. Provide appropriate social and referral services, and establish support network for people in Northern District such as giving the elderly a healthy and respectful life; allowing single-parent family and new immigrants to adapt to the change of life and the society
Mission & Vision
1. Provide referral services and establish support network for people in Northern District; encourage people in this district and volunteers to care more about our community and participate in voluntarily work to build a harmonious society 2. Carry out the principle of social care for elders; provide them various services and activities to make good use of their time and facilitate the contact between the elderly and the society; develop their personal hobbies and learn new skills in order to represent the spirit of lifelong learning and a sense of worthiness among the elders 3. Provide referral services and establish support network for single-parent family in order to facilitate the interrelationship between personal, family and other support network; encourage them to be self-reliance 4. Provide referral services and establish support network for new immigrants in order to increase their personal competitiveness and build a support network to enhance social connection and assimilate them into the society
