Service for New Arrivals and Low-income Families To provide comprehensive supportive services to new arrivals and children from low-income families. Service Objectives: (1) To improve the growing environment of deprived children; and to enhance their self-confidence and spirit of persistence (2) To assist new arrivals in their living adjustment in Hong Kong Target: • Children aged 5 to 18 from low-income and CSSA families • New arrivals aged 5 or above, who have migrated to Hong Kong within 4 years Services: After school care, academic support, family support, development opportunities, resource support, volunteer service, etc..
