Life Education Activity Programme

Life Education Activity Programme (LEAP) was established in 1994 with the mission of providing health-based preventive education to kindergarten, primary, secondary, and special needs students. At LEAP, we are committed to equipping children and young people with essential skills and knowledge related to physical health, social and emotional well-being, and personal safety. We foster problem-solving abilities and help instil positive values and attitudes, empowering students to make safer and wiser choices with confidence. Our programmes are inclusive, reaching English-speaking, Chinese-speaking, and ethnic minority students to ensure all children benefit from accessible, age-appropriate preventive education. For over 30 years, LEAP has reached more than 2.3 million students and 100,000 parents across Hong Kong.
