Background

The Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council (NAAC) is a registered charitable organisation in Hong Kong. Established in 1968 with its founding spirit of “Help Our Neighbour, Serve Our Community” and the professional social work ethics, the NAAC is dedicated to helping needy people with diversified services in the areas of family, youth, elderly, rehabilitation, community development, education, health care and mainland. At present, our Council has 80 service units all over Hong Kong and serves over 3 million persons each year.
