Background
The Project Share focuses on young people under the age of 21 who have social, economic and educational difficulties, especially those who live in the second or third group of secondary schools in grass-roots areas such as Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long and Tung Chung. There is a consensus in social sciences that urban spatial differences create and magnify social disadvantage, and our target areas are those that lag behind urban centres in terms of educational, social and cultural resources.
The Project Share includes summer internship experience, career exploration, creative factories and other workshops.

MISSION
To improve the social mobility of youths in urban disadvantaged and marginal areas of Hong Kong.
VISION
For youth growing up in disadvantaged and marginal environments can receive the development resources that will allow them to become competitive in a much wider range of employment opportunities; and that they will understand how to succeed in their careers and thus create greater security and stability for themselves and their families.
