Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong (hereafter called the “Alliance”) was established on 23 February 1992, with the mission of uniting people with different categories of disabilities to promote equal opportunities and full participation.
We believe that only by uniting people with different categories of disability may our voices be stronger. The Alliance does not only participate in the formulation of the policies and services for persons with disabilities (PWDs), it is also concerned about general social policies. The majority of the members of the Alliance are persons with different categories of disabilities, including people with a physical disability, visual impairment, hearing impairment, intellectual disability, mental rehabilitation, and chronic illnesses.
