No 308 Squadron, Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps

Established on 27 October 2001, No 308 Squadron (Sha Tin Government Secondary School) is a unit under No 3 (New Territories East) Wing of the Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps. The recruitment starts at the beginning of the school term. With around 50 cadets on the list, we hold routine meetings on Saturday afternoon. Various training activities are organized for our members to learn continuously and gain hands-on experience, broadening their horizons. Cadets are encouraged to join different events so that they may identify their developmental pathway and equip themselves for the future. They are going to work together as teams to achieve organizational goals, bringing them satisfaction, inducing their learning proactiveness. We focus on discipline and courtesy. Providing adequate and suitable training based on individual attributes and interests, our Squadron serves as a platform for teenagers to expand their skillsets and reach their potentials, taking their first step to becoming future leaders.
