H.K.S.K.H. Wong Tai Sin Integrated Home Care Services Team

The Welfare Council operates 13 integrated home care services teams and one home help team. In addition to providing various home care services for the elderly and families in need, multifaceted intervention methods were also utilised in a number of special programmes in response to the physical, mental, social and spiritual needs of service users to add vibrance to their lives.
