活動自1990年起於黃大仙區在端陽佳節前為獨居及兩老長者送上關懷及禮物。上門關懷探訪關注區內獨居及兩老長者的需要，同慶端午節日，鞏固社區支援網絡，共同建立一個愛與關懷的社區。
約45分鐘簡介及分組
約2小時探訪4至5戶長者家庭
約15分鐘檢討

Remarks
1. 參加義工將會隨機分組2-4人一組，歡迎結伴參與。
2. 歡迎親子義工參與，報名時需註明小朋友姓名及年齡。
