Hong Kong is a multicultural city rich with diversity and tradition. However, its ethnic minority elderly often face challenges such as social isolation, language barriers and a sense of disconnection from their own cultural roots. A team of students from the Connect ACE Program is excited to present “Zen Zone for Elderly”, an initiative aimed at foster healthy lifestyles and well-being among ethnic minority elderly through cultural gatherings.
In partnership with Hong Kong Christian Service, the initiative features two interactive workshops on healthy eating and handicraft to help participants relax and connect. Join us as volunteers to facilitate workshops and create joyful cross-cultural connections!
# Priorities will be given to students who can attend all sessions, including briefing and 2 services.
