To encourage 55+ seniors who are interested in rehabilitation service to become a physiotherapy assistant and occupational therapy assistant, and complete 80 hours of practicum for the elderly people in need under the supervision of therapists and the support of the 2020-22 graduates. Volunteers will also involve in health promotion activities to enhance the role of 55+ seniors in preventive medicine, health promotion, and workforce. The program will also help more elderly people who are in need of rehabilitation to receive timely service and stay in the community. The program can also relieve the stress of their caregivers.
