Responsibilities (depending on different teams) 1. Fundraising and Strategy - Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for (prospective) donors and supporters - Develop fundraising strategies of mass donors and high-net-worth individuals - Conduct research in support of other growth and impact evaluation initiatives 2. Recruitment and Assessment - Assist assessment and recruitment processes through candidate screening and selection - Assist in organising and managing recruitment logistics throughout assessment processes, including online applications and event-based assessment stages - Assist in offline marketing partnership management with multiple stakeholders 3. Program Management - Conduct research for enhancements in Teach For Hong Kong works - Compile Fellows' evaluation documents and prepare program reports - Facilitate planning and participate in stakeholder meetings - Manage Fellows’ training logistics and facilitate events 4. Branding and Marketing - Assist in planning TFHK’s content strategy - Design creative contents (e.g. social media posts, blogs, offline marketing materials) - Create content based on the stories collected from our 180+ Fellow and alumni community in the forms of video, graphic design, articles/blogs, etc. - Maintain different storytelling platforms, including social media, youtube, blogs and columns

Teach For Hong Kong Fellowship Program is our flagship initiative. We nurture the most promising university graduates as future leaders to bring education equity, starting with a year-long teaching Fellowship. As an intern, you will experience working professionally in a fast-growing education nonprofit engaging with various stakeholders. You will get exposed to the nonprofit environments and education issues in Hong Kong. You will directly impact the continuous growth of TFHK’s movement and drive long-term changes in Hong Kong education system. Requirements - Strong interest in working professionally to bring education equity - Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with high proficiency in Chinese and English - Positive can-do, open-minded attitude - Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, systematic, presentable, a proven team-player and self-starter
