友「伴」同盟護老者支援計劃培訓課程 替假護老者證書課程(進階) – 31週六班

本課程是賽馬會友「伴」同盟護老者支援計劃的一部分，由賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款捐助，香港老年學會負責提供培訓，並聯同五個服務機構合作提供上門護老照顧服務。
學員們通過專業護士和社工導師的培訓，成為「替假護老者」 ，為長者家庭提供上門看顧服務，包括短暫陪伴、簡易訓練及運動、陪伴外出等，為欠缺支援的全職護老者提供定期的喘息時間。
課程費用全免，培訓後學員可任職合作機構的「替假護老者」。
