1. 農曆新年前上門探訪長者/低收入家庭戶，送上關懷 2. 導他們如何正確分類和處理廢物，進行廢物審計 3. 教授回收相關知識，幫助他們適應「垃圾徵費計劃』，鼓勵他們在日常生活中實踐環保行動
