香港每天產生數千噸廚餘,其中不少仍然安全可食用的食材卻被送往堆填區,既浪費資源,也對環境造成沉重負擔。你將前往荃灣梨木樹邨街市,向合作商戶收集仍可安全食用的剩餘食物,經檢查處理後,重新分配予區內有需要的街坊。透過參與,你不僅可親身了解食物浪費的問題,並為減廢及資源重新分配出一分力。
