In this Volunteering Session, you are cordially invited to help us rescue fresh bread that would otherwise be thrown away, and bring it to the Feeding HK food bank in Yau Tong. We will help to deliver the rescued bread to the people in need across Hong Kong. Feeding Hong Kong is a local registered charity with a mission to reduce the amount of quality food sent to our city’s landfills and fight hunger in Hong Kong. We do this through delivering a B2B logistics service, which links food companies with surplus stock, to charities directly feeding those in need. Last year, through our partnerships with the food industry, we saved 578 tonnes of food from landfill. Instead, this was redistributed to 160 charity partners and supported 2.8 million meals for people in need.

*All volunteers aged 18 or above must present proof of vaccination indicating the completion of a COVID-19 vaccination course (two doses) . *Aimed to thank the volunteers for participating in the volunteer services via the Social Career's platform, the Social Career team will regularly share the results of different volunteer services on the Social Career social media platforms. Feeding HK agrees Social Career collects the event's photos and social media accounts of the participants to make an appreciation for the volunteers.
