Duties:
- Help NGO and end users fully engaged with our IT Platform
- Provide technical support to NGO users regarding the IT platform features
- Assist in research and prepare instruction guidelines, including text and video materials
- Consolidate users' problems and requirements
Requirements:
- Good communication and listening skills, detail-oriented and well organized
- Tech savvy and problem solver
- Knowledge in video editing, eg: iMovie, Adobe Premiere, Final cut pro is highly preferred
Duration of support:
From June to August 2023, at least 4 working days (Two days at Social Career office at Tai Koo on either Monday, Thursday or Friday, another day remote support at home) . Detail schedule is negotiable with Social Career team.
Travel allowance is available when travel to Social Career office or other location onsite support on Social Career’s duty.
